Orders dispatched Monday–Friday. Standard delivery: 3–5 working days via Royal Mail. Express delivery (£4.95): next working day if ordered before 2pm.

Yes — free standard UK shipping on all orders over £40.

What is your returns policy?

Are your devices safe for daily use?
Yes. All New Bless devices are designed for daily home use. We recommend 15–20 minute sessions. Always read the instruction guide before first use.

Are these suitable if I have a medical condition?
Our devices are wellness devices, not medical devices. If you have a pacemaker, medical condition, or are pregnant, please consult your GP before use.

What plug adapter comes with the device?
All UK orders include a UK plug adapter where required. If ordering a product with international plug options, please contact us to confirm UK compatibility before purchasing.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all via Shopify's secure checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@newbless.co.uk immediately. If your order hasn't been dispatched we can amend or cancel it. Once dispatched, our returns policy applies.
