Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
UK Delivery Timeframes

Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard UK shipping on all orders over £40. Orders under £40 are subject to a standard shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page or directly on the Royal Mail website.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by high demand, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
